1. We guarantee our puppies for one year

Puppy will arrive healthy and well socialized with all health records. All of our puppies will have had a complete veterinarian examination.
     
3. Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you and are NON REFUNDABLE. Buyer can move a deposit to a different litter if need be, or if female that deposit is placed on, doesn't take you will be moved to the next available litter. This could take up to a year, as females only come in two times per year.
       4. After receiving balance, puppy will be shipped, preferably with non-stop flight to most major cities. Buyer must have Puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
       5.  If the animal is cared for in any way which would be detrimental to its health, seller has the right to reclaim the animal at the expense of the buyer.
       6. We guarantee against crippling hip dysphasia, and life threatening heart problems and we only except Penn hip testing, and a video to verify that the dogue has a visual problem. All vet bills incurred by buyer are their responsibility. You must have a vet letter to confirm the problem. After we receive proof of life threatening genetic defect, we have right to have it looked at by our vet before any replacement will be made, our vet has final say.  If a pup has to be replaced we will replace it with puppy of equal value as soon as we are able. Buyer is to pay shipping on the new replacement.
7  I have the right to one free breeding, to show males that are sold, most often we never take one, unless something were to happen to one of our stud males, that sired the litter, we would like this breeding to keep those lines alive within our kennel.
 8 When buying a show pup, you are not required to show, this pup unless that is agreed upon prior to sale.
9 If you purchase a pet, it shall be neutered or spayed. We must have proof of it before papers will be released to buyer.                                                                                                                                                                                                   
10 If for any reason you can no longer care for your your dog, please contact us first.


All disputes arising from this transaction shall be litigated in the venue where this contract was entered into. This agreement, for venue purposes, will be deemed to be entered into within Morgan County in the city of , Laurie Missouri, unless expressly stated to the contrary within the actual agreement.
